The Pet Rescue Center services residents and animals in Attalla and Gadsden. Rainbow City, Southside, and Glencoe have designated facilities within their city limits. Etowah County has a designated facility.
Our adoption process helps to place the right pet in the best fitting home for that pet’s personality. This is accomplished through meeting with our adoption counselor and potential pet at the shelter. If your family is ready for a new pet, we encourage you to complete an adoption application. The process is as easy as coming by the shelter or visiting us online at www.humanesocietyec.org. When a pet fitting your description becomes available, you will be contacted to schedule a visit.
