Howloweenie costumes October 29th Downtown Gadsden at the corner of 4th and Broad at 9 a.m. This parade is for you and your pet to get dressed up in halloween costumes. Show off your pet’s best costume in a contest for prizes followed by a parade downtown including Trick or Treats from your local merchants. Entry fee is five dollars. There will be prizes awarded.
